These Terms explain the rules for using BetterPPT. By using the website or uploading a deck, you agree to these Terms.

Agreement to these Terms

Please read these Terms before using BetterPPT.

BetterPPT helps redesign existing PowerPoint files and explain design changes.

You can upload a .pptx file and preview redesigned slides before paying.
Payment unlocks the downloadable polished .pptx and full related output for that job.
Features, limits, supported formats, and processing time may change as the product improves.

Some actions require signing in so we can attach jobs and paid downloads to the right user.

Provide accurate account information and keep your email address available for support or receipts.
You are responsible for activity under your account and should protect your sign-in access.

You keep ownership of the files and content you upload.

Only upload decks, images, logos, or text that you have the right to use and process.
You give BetterPPT permission to store, process, transform, preview, and export your content only to provide the service.
We do not use your deck content to train AI models.

BetterPPT is pay-per-deck. Prices are shown before checkout.

The current public price is $2 per page, unless another price is shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes, exchange rates, card fees, or bank charges may vary by location and payment method.
7-day refund guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a purchased deck, email support@betterppt.com within 7 days of payment with your order or deck link, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed manually and typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Use BetterPPT lawfully and respectfully.

Do not upload illegal content or use the service to violate laws, contracts, or privacy rights.
Do not upload confidential, proprietary, or regulated content unless you are authorized to process it with BetterPPT.
Do not attempt to bypass quotas, abuse payment flows, attack the service, or interfere with other users.

BetterPPT uses AI and automation, so results may be imperfect.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in business, academic, public, or client-facing settings.
Outputs are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

File retention is part of the service design.

Unpaid jobs are deleted after 7 days. Paid jobs are kept for 1 year.
Deleting a job may remove the files from active storage, though logs or backups may take a reasonable time to expire.

The service and your content are separate.

You retain rights to your uploaded content and the redesigned deck generated from your content, subject to any third-party rights.
BetterPPT retains rights to the website, software, workflows, branding, and product design.

We are building and improving BetterPPT quickly.

We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, payment fraud, or violation of these Terms.

BetterPPT is provided as an online software service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, BetterPPT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

We may update these Terms as the product changes.

When we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Email us if you need to access, delete, or ask about your account or deck data.
